Can I just say that Pidge being trans is my favorite thing and that it's actually pretty obvious that is the intent of the creators especially how rare they use pronouns for Pidge after the big reveal.
I still wish they could be more opened but I suspect the whole lowkey thing is because transphobic idiots.

From what I understand, we're getting something like six seasons of the show, so maybe they'll explore that more fully in future episodes? (Maybe not, but I can hope.)
@treehat I really hope they do, having a trans character is a big deal.
These are the people who wrote and made the Legend of Korra and we all know how that ended so I'm hopeful.
