Found an old spectrum from 2011! :D
Ohh how I missed that! Gravel ride!
New lab member!! And btw. the cheapest membrane vacuum pump I found from Thermo or whatever was about 700eur. They are totally over dimensional for the purpose. One can get a cheap one from Amazon for 80 EUR or some second-hand pump from a local workshop.
Hi #proteomics people! Anyone with experience with TMT on TimsTof instruments? I am running succesfully samples with 6-plex, but I am worried about the resolution for TMTpro 10-plex, even though Thermo says, it should be fine. So I thought, why not to take the 18-plex and split it in half like this scheme below. So from 18-plex I can have 2 "kits" with 10 and 9-plex, where the mass difference between tags will be 1 Da. What are your thoughts?

Looking for help #quarto people! I have a custom theme which is frankensteined from different other themes and it does something strange to my code chunk in the presentation. If I use simple default theme, the code looks like this:
Does anyone know how to include link previews (image connected to a link, example below) into #quarto documents? Link previews are these kind of thumbnails that appear when you share a link on social media and stuff. I'd like to use that in my presentation, but all the thousands solutions on the web don't work for me.
Work being done. And my best friend comes in handy! Saves so much time.
