Being trans is just as natural as being cis. We’ve been here for all of history, and we’ll continue to exist regardless of the global right’s desire to eradicate us.

There is no practical use for understanding the why (even if it’s scientifically interesting).

We deserve to be treated equally. We deserve life saving gender affirming care. We deserve to exist. That is what matters. That is what’s worth focusing on.
