Applications are open for the Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity—a funded 12-month programme for #RacialJustice changemakers to deepen their leadership, grapple with complexities of race, and be creative. As the forces of #AntiBlackRacism assert their global influence, it's vital to have space to reflect, imagine and chart a future beyond the colour line.

Is this for you? Do you know of someone who needs it? #Share, #apply, #nominate!

Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity

We're inviting racial justice changemakers from across the globe to join our Fellowship. These leaders will journey together through an experience that fosters personal and collective longevity for the work of justice, shared learning, and experimentation with liberatory ideas.

Still need to post a re-introduction on here since changing servers. But I'm still unsure how/if I want to use this or any other spaces I've set up camp after the Muskocalypse. None of them have been quite what I need 😭

Last month, I joined Manuel Pastor, co-author of '#SolidarityEconomics: Why Mutuality and Movements Matter', for a discussion of the book's themes, particularly that *our* economy is a product of our relationships and not of utility-maximising individuals and markets acting out of rational self-interest. As always, I tried to re-centre the idea of #SolidarityEconomy to the global and away from the Euro-American as centre orthodoxy.

New year, new me, new server. Introduction to come. For now, an invite:

"In a world on fire—facing threats to multiracial democracy, tensions from rising #economicinequality, and even the existential threat of #climatechange—can we build an alternative economics based on #cooperation?"

Manuel Pastor, director of the USC's Equity Research Institute, says yes. On 23 January, he'll deliver the annual keynote lecture of the #AtlanticFellows at #LSE. I serve as discussant.
