So why thanking China? People who did so know nothing about the Chinese government and even misunderstood a government's targets and duties.

News about coronavirus was reported back in December last year. Sadly, people didn't realise this is going to be a global plague, because China will block any news to keep their political power.

Luckily Hongkonger and Taiwanese were gone through all the mess from China, so people in these two place took action quickly.

Take a look at Taiwan. Its government are trying their best to protect the local people, and it works. Isn't this is what a government should do?
