I don't understand why thanking China.
Any government facing a plague should use their resources and money to help their people first. They would help other countries only after they healed all the local patient.
We don't have any news or proofs indicating that China has cured all the patient at the moment. Even there is, its trueness is questionable as China always block the truth.
If China were honest, the world today would not be so chaotic, as China would close the border quickly.
News about coronavirus was reported back in December last year. Sadly, people didn't realise this is going to be a global plague, because China will block any news to keep their political power.
Luckily Hongkonger and Taiwanese were gone through all the mess from China, so people in these two place took action quickly.
Take a look at Taiwan. Its government are trying their best to protect the local people, and it works. Isn't this is what a government should do?
So why thanking China? People who did so know nothing about the Chinese government and even misunderstood a government's targets and duties.
I hope I make my point clear enough.
