Hmm, #1984georgeorwell never ceases to chill me. Pretty sure I can tie this into my theme of #mindfulness. I see mindfulness, concentration, etc as tools we can use to cut to the truth of situations. Citizens blind to the actions and intents of “the Party” (translate to real life however you want, this is not a political statement) are typically blinded by hatred or apathy. Only a deep understanding of reality can save us from being oppressed by any ideology or dogma.
