Are you going to church this morning?
You should. Why?
Peter puts it best:
"Lord to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life!" (John 6:68)

Dear Christian Dads
A reminder:
You can fool the world into thinking you're perfect.
But you can never fool your kids.
If you want to be a light to them, you'll have to pursue genuine holiness.
Trying to do evangelism without serious prayer is like trying to cut down a tree with your bare hands.
A day without prayer is a day as an atheist
If you are angry, never email or text.
There's something about screens that is like pouring petrol on a fire.
Contact them and say "Could we chat at some point about ________?"
You'll get a lot further and be a lot more gentle.
Persever in prayer
Prayer is work.
I spoke to an Indian Church planter whose church often had all-night prayer rmeetings.
But it didn't start there.
A slow focus on prayer eventually became addictive. Don't look at this church and think "impossible". Be better yourself and better as a church than you are today
Persevere
After church is done, look around the room.
Who is the person no one is talking to?
That's where God wants you to be.
Essential truths to hear every day
1. The Father loves me
2. Christ washes me
3. The Spirit sanctifies me
4. All three are of one will to save me
Small towns are about relationships. People want to know:
• "Are you kind to my kids?"
• "Do you care for retired women?"
• "Will you do the funeral for my dad?"
• "Are you willing to answer questions I have about Jesus?"
