Persever in prayer

Prayer is work.

I spoke to an Indian Church planter whose church often had all-night prayer rmeetings.

But it didn't start there.

A slow focus on prayer eventually became addictive. Don't look at this church and think "impossible". Be better yourself and better as a church than you are today

Prayer pushes back against that functional atheism.

Weave it into your day:
- Pray over food.
- Pray through your to-do list
- Pray as you tuck up kids at night

Act as if God exists.

That's where God wants you to be.

• "Are you kind to my kids?"
• "Do you care for retired women?"
• "Will you do the funeral for my dad?"
• "Are you willing to answer questions I have about Jesus?"
