A bad day, we lost the campaign.

First the Hellion succumbed to too many diseases so we took the last waiting character from the stagecoach, the musketeer. We killed a ghoul though.

In the next room we lost the Vestal to a similar disease ridden fate and the newly arrived musketeer didn't last much longer.

The remaining characters finished the room but even the most liberal interpretation of the rules didn't allow them to get more party members to finish the campaign.

The hamlet skill of the bounty hunter let the party reveal a room in the dungeon which aided in quickly finding where the dastardly necromancer was lurking.

They were a bit intimidated by his 77 HP at first but managed to deal damage to him pretty consistently and also heavily thanks to some upgraded skills. Even despite him spawning another monster each turn he was really no match for our heroes!

In the last quest we lost our crusader. Now we are joined by a bounty hunter, Jim, who is keen to make a good first impression.

We find our enemies, he uses "Flashbang" to pull one in range for the next action. The foe is caught and now stands next to our champion! Surely Jim can roll 9 or less on a d10 to "Finish Him"!

Alas! The role is a 10! Dejected and embarrassed, he turns to the party who shake their heads in disapproval, "What did you do that for?"
