• Approximately 452 defendants have been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers or employees.
• Approximately 718 individuals have pleaded guilty to a variety of federal charges.
• 139 individuals have been found guilty at contested trials. Another 32 have been convicted following an agreed-upon set of facts.

The Senate confirmed nearly a dozen nominees for top military posts on Tuesday night, marking the end of Sen. Tommy #Tuberville’s remaining holds over senior promotions.
The national election protection hotline (I do legal volunteer work for them) asked me to share information about them on social media.
