I believe it does, but it's not forefronted as much as I'd like
Can't believe you sold out
masterworks all, can't go wrong!

Their videos are usually unedited, which I like since they tend to also walk through the troubleshooting steps and documentation read-throughs to find solutions in real time, and it's great to see that! It's normal to not know a thing!

There's so much to learn from seeing the techniques others use to learn themselves, rather than just being delivered the product of that learning.

If you're a #godot dev, check out @brettmakesgames

they do some of my favorite tutorial content as well as some super useful templates

@jovialthunder this is now on my list of techniques to try out
@glassbottommeg yeah, I think I just need to play more of totk to feel out how they've implemented it. I like how I've encountered the threads so far, but I've also spent over half my time building non-osha compliant contraptions of death and deforestation
@glassbottommeg I do think there are better and worse ways to pull it off. I think it worked well in Elden ring because the open world is loaded with choke points to place NPCs for following those threads
@glassbottommeg I'm the sicko who is a huge fan of this style of quest design
@oddtail what helped you get over that hump? I've been working on character designs, and I'm starting to think I just need to focus on very specific task-oriented workflows and ignore the rest. There's so much and so many weirdly specific keyboard shortcuts and UIs within UIs
