This is brewing inside of #Meta. And other reports claimed it would have "ActivityPub" support meaning that in some ways would be "Fediverse-compatible" - who knows?

👀 👀 👀 #FollowFriday came early this week! The latest update includes:
- Newly-redesigned with header images, the person's public bio, their avatar, 1-click following, and more!
- More categories and more profiles
- Dynamic recommendations: the profiles change every 6-12 hours based on who is posting, so you're always getting recommendations for the most active accounts
Check it out and let me know what you think!
There are just too many asks for most people when it comes to Mastodon right now.
I say the following with great love for Mastodon, ActivityPub, and the Fediverse:
* Finding and following is too hard (if you are asking users to COPY AND PASTE to follow users from other servers? forget it)
* multi-server is good but onboarding and choice is overwhelming
* No search
* No surfacing
* No quote posts
So Mastodon, you've had half a year to think about this. Don't let Bluesky drink your milkshake.
