So much work is behind the scenes—and frankly, in the past the Foundation has not been as efficient as it could have been.

With the relaunched Friends of GNOME and now the Fellowship program, I hope it’s obvious what the role of the Foundation can and should be.

I’m super proud of the GNOME Foundation board for putting this together. And I am forever grateful to the Friends of GNOME who make this possible. ❤️

The latest version of Typesetter, the minimalist Typst editor, brings built-in grammar checking (currently English only), tooltips for Typst errors/warnings in the editor, keyboard shortcuts for navigating spelling errors, and new translations for Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, and Vietnamese.
