Yeah, a lot of people don't realise that all links on Twitter, Reddit etc automatically flow through shorteners so that they can track who is clicking on what.
Twitter even disguise this by making a link seem original, but it's actually going through a shortener. (If you're on a desktop browser, hover your mouse over a link on Twitter and look in the bottom left corner, you'll see it's always a t.co address.)
Do any of y'all know about Solid Project? if so, what are your thoughts? it seems like a great addition to non-corporate online options.
Same goes for Proton. I've been in that ecosystem since invite only days & seeing it grow is wonderful.
