The toothache broke out last Tuesday and subsided last Thursday. After a few days without toothache, it recurred in the middle of the night last night...
I am somewhat relieved that the severe itching in my arms and chin that has been tormenting me for two weeks has not occurred today so far (they still look very red and swollen)...
It seems that my tolerance has increased. I no longer feel irritable because of severe pain or itching. It seems that practicing meditation is not in vain.

上周二牙疼发作，上周四消退，才过上了没几天0牙疼的日子后，昨晚半夜又复发... 我根本没有刺激它呀...
稍微可以欣慰的是，折磨了我两周的手臂和下巴剧烈瘙痒今天暂时还没发作（比较奇怪，因为看着还是非常红肿）...
总而言之，最近我的神经系统应该是出毛病了...
再最后，似乎忍受能力增强了（尽管牙疼还是要吃布洛芬），不会因为巨疼或巨痒而内心烦躁，看来冥想没白练习。
