Monday felt too Monday so after getting up this morning I impulse cut my hair. Always good for gender euphoria.

Workouts always fix my day!💪🏻 I was having a day of ennui but now I feel better. I added a third workout to my week and am happy to report I've kept it up for two weeks already. Doing a callisthenics workout on top of straight up resistance training was probably a great idea, as I can already feel myself getting a tiny bit more limber. I also remembered I have an infrared lamp, so now I'm putting that to good use. Hence the reddish lighting.

Obligatory “well, I guess I’m here now” first post on a new platform. 😆 I’m Kai (they/he), transmasc nonbinary, thembo, husband-ish, man-adjacent — I like to say that I’m a man only in the way Stitch from Lilo & Stitch is a man. Also: AuDHD, cPTSD, chronically ill (MCAS), kinky, queer, polyam, bisexual. I run the volunteer open source tech team at a smol humanitarian aid org and am working on a transmasc regency romance novel.

I’m also currently in the process of moving from Northern Germany to Northern Spain with my partner of almost 20 years and our two Mini Aussies Nomi and Magnus. My partner and I are both originally from Austria and lived in Edinburgh for 5 years. My heart never stopped longing for Scotland but sometimes we can’t have what we want most so I’m trying to be open about starting a new life in Spain soon. I’m very cranky these days because international moves are a fucking nightmare but I’ll try to post about good things too, such as the dogs. Sometimes I post thirst traps (see pic 5).
