ugh.
An entire hour has passed just sitting here. Waiting for some other cunt to get home from the pharmacy and remove 2 files from a system I'm "not allowed" to access despite being in charge of deploying hardware that uses it as a backend.
Worst part is this only requires human intervention because they fucked up their automation in the first place. Like, I'm not the danger here. You guys fucked it all on your own, just give me the damn access so we can all go home.
Is it too much to ask that people do their jobs?

Some of you may know me already. Those of you who don't, well, you're in for a great big fuckin' surprise...
I guess this will serve as an #Introduction for now.
Coming back to fedi after a while away. New server/domain/username.
Test driving #Snac & generally going for a minimal/hand-coded setup.
Legendary *nix #SystemsEngineer. Shitty coder (but that doesn't stop me!). #Dad. #CaffeineAddict, #grumpy.
Living semi-rural with 4 cats, 2 (massive) dogs, a bird, some chickens, my wife, and a couple of kids. Fulltime remote/Work from home in the madhouse while renovations occur all around me.
I like #music, #computers, #RetroComputers, #OldGames (mostly stuff from '90-'00ish) #OperatingSystems (#Linux & #BSD especially), #netsec, err #OldHouses, #OldStuff, #Architecture, #SecondHandEverything.
