The Stevens House, "the Birthplace of Minneapolis," has a new heat pump. There's always room for improvement in an old house.
The Stevens House is thought to be the second-oldest extant wood-frame home in the Mill City.
It recently underwent extensive repairs after arsonist(s) kept trying to burn it down.
It's now surrounded by a tall black metal fence that doesn't look bad but lacks the charm of an earlier white picket fence.
Can't be helped.
At Minnehaha Falls Park in Minneapolis.
