Yesterday was the last day for #AlaskaAirlines #Q400 turboprop service at #BellinghamInternationalAirport, a route which is now switching over to #Embraer 175 jets. I'm excited about the upgrade to more fuel-efficient #E175 regional jets, but I'm sure soon enough I'll be nostalgic for the days of flying those noisy old #Bombardier prop planes with their cramped overhead storage. What shows me that this is 2022 and not 2000 is not the lights on the stage, but the lights in the audience.

Just about everyone in the audience is viewing this concert through their cell phones, showing us that even though they are there, they are really not there, because they are watching through their devices.

How much of our life do we miss because we are trying to record it on our phones, I wonder.
