@taylorlorenz I get people's frustrations with statements like that, but it's a legitimate concern if the goal is to try to get a large majority of the Twitter user base to a new platform. Ease of use and support is very important. I think that's why Hive has caught a lot of the cast offs as well. A much easier to understand set up process and a familiar UI/UX.
