I want to make a Mac app and I don't know jack about Swift. I have dabbled, but I'm not really a programmer. I used to build websites and feel like I was pretty damn good with HTML and CSS, but never really learned Javascript. For the last few years bash has been the main thing I've needed for IT so I've gotten a lot more familiar with building out bash scripts. All of this to say, I'm gonna give Swift a go (bad pun or funny?) and see where it takes me.

Been in London for about a year and a half. There is so much to look at when you just put your headphones in and walk around.
I don’t know what to do with social media anymore. Maybe I’ll figure it out one day. For now here’s a thread of recent photos I’ve liked. I’m especially happy about my new tattoo.

@_inside I was looking to see if you have more info on support signing in with Apple accounts in VirtualBuddy. Sorry if you’ve been asked this by others. I test MDM tools and love VirtualBuddy. Every so often I need to test against users signed into Apple accounts and it would be nice-to-have.
I feel like the idea that Tim Cook giving Trump a shiny gold trophy is going to damage Apple’s brand is giving people way too much credit. It’ll tarnish Cook’s legacy with liberals, mostly in the states, that get the most angry over symbolism, but don’t get that vocally angry about serious problems.

@marcoarment maybe it’s because I’m from a beach town in California, but all of the sunscreen stuff you were talking about has been available in the US for a long time. My partner has used La Roche Posay for a decade or two. You don’t need to get it on eBay. @siracusa is right about this one. South Korean skin care products are pretty huge and TikTok influencers are helping with that. Women often wear sunblock daily as a part of their routine.
