I've always been confused why Dallas folks say they live in "North Texas" and it looks like the map of Texas they use in Dallas is different from the map I remember seeing during my childhood in Houston. What did y'all grow up with?

Came home to a cracked brass fitting for our irrigation system from all of the recent hard freezes. It's pretty cool that modern plastic pipes are stronger than brass. We were very fortunate that the entire system was turned off for the week and it isn't essential for us. Should be a quick fix tomorrow! #houwxpic #houwx
