A math teacher at Grand Valley State University used #Obsidian to create a course textbook with exhaustive linking:

I like this structure because you can easily dig deeper on any concept you don't understand. Very well done!
Quality software deserves your hard‑earned cash
the #obsidian site doesn't have analytics... we don't collect stats about pageviews or visitors, and everything works just fine
if you land on a 404, you can send us a message ☺️
TidyURL is a new bookmarklet I made
It removes unnecessary cruft in URLs such as UTM parameters and copies the link to your clipboard. This removes tracking info and makes links nicer to share.
You can get it here:

The plan for Obsidian is to never grow beyond 10-12 people, never take VC funding, never collect personal data or analytics.
Continue building with the assumption that software is ephemeral, files matter more than apps. Use formats that are open and durable.
See our manifesto:

here's an example of how you might use the composability of templates in #obsidian 1.4.3 to speed up your workflow:
1. Insert person template
2. Insert coworker template
properties are automatically merged (e.g. the tags #people, #coworkers)
one person can be many things, an author, a podcast host, etc, so you can use this flow to add all the relevant metadata for a person
... I have don't have meetings, but you get the idea 🙃
