Hoo boy, haven't popped in here in a while and things were operating a little differently than I remembered. Ah well. At least the owner of this instance didn't go crazy, change the logo to a random letter he found in some fontbook somewhere, and welcome back people to the platform previously banned for supporting Nazism. So there's that.

We did it! Completed The Starry Night by Lego Ideas. It was a highly technical build with a lot of shades of similar colours. Good lighting is a must. I wouldn't hang it on a wall as it is too fragile, even though we built the hanging attachment. Its only flaw is that the 3D painting is not supported well enough. I'll probably reinforce it with some bricks. It's definitely a display piece and not to be played with. It is quite beautiful and was super fun as a family build.
