@trek oh my god, this is so wild to see, everyone sort of stares at me blankly when I describe this, I have an almost identical management routine and have managed to head off full blown migraines for the last decade or so
@tswicegood @Brilliantcrank thanks for sharing this. I’ve dealt with untreated anxiety my entire life and never realized I was kind of only half living. It took a life-threatening crisis this year to realize I literally couldn’t continue living that way. The most fucked up thing was I was afraid of losing my anxiety that had driven me to overperform & overfunction.
