A recent survey of employees, found that 'people who think they are paid unfairly compared to their peers are likely to be less engaged & much more likely to leave their employer'!

Perhaps, unsurprisingly favouritism, #sexism & other departures from fair pay therefore undermine #productivity & contributing to the expense of staff churn...

What this (again) tells us is the UK's toxic management treats #workers as a cost, but then compounds this through skewing pay rates through prejudice!
