AI won't replace a great marketer. But a great marketer using AI will replace one who isn't.
Was this the most expensive typo in advertising? Possibly.
But it proves something important: Even mistakes can go viral if the message is strong.
In marketing and branding, perfection is ideal but clarity, impact and timing are often more valuable. This ad missed a letter, but still hit the mark. The product was noticed. The buzz was created. And the sale? It’s going ahead just fine.
Sometimes, the bigger failure is fearing one.

Not just as a URL but as a reminder:
✨ Great ideas are only great when acted upon.
✨ Timing matters.
✨ If you don't take the first step, someone else will and you're no longer the pioneer.
The lesson?
Execution > Intention.
As I revisit AndroidVlog with fresh perspective and renewed clarity, I'm reminded that it's never too late to build, but it's always too early to wait.
In 2012, I registered AndroidVlog.com with a bold vision to be among the pioneers of vlogging in the Android ecosystem, at a time when vlogging was barely even a term.
I had been actively blogging since 2008 and ended that chapter in September 2012 with the intent to pivot toward video content.
But like many of us, professional commitments pulled me in other directions: UX design, digital strategy and business growth became the focus.
The vision for AndroidVlog quietly took a back seat.
Jony Ive's chat is a masterclass in conscientious design. Every tiny detail signals respect; even Apple's packaging was a "thank-you" to users. He urges us to build rituals of care, pursue joy over metrics. Timely reminder for teams shaping tech.
