My avocado 🥑 sprout is doing pretty well!

Still shocked that I was able to get it this far.

Yeah, it's growing in a repurposed cottage cheese container. They are good for something! 😂

Our #Sheepadoodle sure does have things rough! (I could go with #ruff, but I'm not gonna. 🤣)

This one has most definitely chosen me as her person. It's nigh impossible for me to go anywhere without her tagging along.

Tonight, as always, she joins me with reading to the kiddos.

It does make some things difficult, with her separation anxiety.

Love her, though.

I've attempted to grow avocado from pits a handful of times. This far, here is my lone success.

I don't ever expect fruit, but the plants are just so cool to have around!

Yet another attempt at some kind of #keto peanut brittle. I'm gonna be a sad panda if it doesn't set up.

Yeah, it's such a tough life.

My portion of the turkey day meal is complete. #PecanPie done, complete with semi overcooked crust because I didn't bother to foil it Along with #keto corn flavored bread/cake, because it's yummy and we adults can't have cornbread.

So I allowed a thing to happen today. I didn't necessarily want said thing to happen today, because​in general I much more prefer /other/ peoples animal's to having my own. Sigh. But this is Chicken! She's a gorgeous #SheepADoodle, three years old on the 27th.

It's been quite some time since I've done much baking, I do so miss it. So, it's time to make up some keto chocolate chip cookies. 🍪
