Mastodon would be much better if it wouldn't feel so sluggish/slow with the refresh and dynamic reloading of the timeline when you scroll through new posts. Is that a general problem, or a server specific issue?

I ended up getting some 3mm PVC Hard foam board (
https://www.thyssenkrupp-plastics.de/de/schuetzen-und-heimwerken/protex-light.html), mainly because I saw it in my local hardware store and it seemed to have all the attributes I was looking for: very light, rigid, flexible but also extremely easy to cut/work with using just a utility knife.

Might be a long shot, but it's one of these hard-to-google questions: I've a bag with replaceable foam inserts for the bottom/top and would like to replace them with something a bit more rigid. What would be a good material? Something plastic-like that is still a bit flexible to bend when the bag is filled with heavier stuff. I know some of my backpacks have something like this sewed in, but no idea what the correct technical term is. Any idea?
