Greetings, and thanks for checking out my bio. I'm Brandon Cole, award-winning, totally blind, professional video game accessibility consultant. I'm primarily known for working on such blockbusters as The Last of Us Part 2, and part 1, as well as some mobile projects and some things I can't talk about. The results of my work have snowballed into other games, inspiring accessibility features in titles like the recently released God of War: Ragnarok. Oh, and I'm also kind and maybe funny, too.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and all the hugs. They are very appreciated, believe me.
Folks, today we've lost our Maggie dog, whom we affectionately referred to as Maggie Moo. Today was also her 16th Birthday. I miss her so much already. She was such a wonderful dog. She was so loving, and in the last couple months of her life, extremely protective of me. I have no doubt she knew about my cancer possibly before the doctors did. In any case, she's gone now, and we'll miss her forever. Love you, Maggie Moo. @Mistymeanor
Hey! @superblindman new suno song! This one is about our broken braking announcements.
Well folks, I don't know how much longer I'll be on tonight, or tomorrow morning as I haven't slept well lately, but tomorrow, we finally, finally go get my Pet Scan done. I really wanted this to be earlier, but we're here now, so yeah, doin it. Time to finally find out if this nonsense is anywhere else.
If you had told my 10-year-old Blind girl self that in 30 years i’d be taking pictures of a touchscreen with another touchscreen to find out from a conversational AI down on land how much longer the flight is; and that this is somehow easier than making the airline fix their website so i can read the damn time for myself; she would have been mad, but maybe not entirely surprised
Pretty disappointed in the failure of the #AudioDescription stream of #SummerGameFest today. I'm not blaming anyone specifically because I don't know whose fault it is, but it can't be denied that this doesn't make anyone look good, which is sad because I know it's not everyone's fault. Believe it or not, though, the worst part is that they just killed the stream after failing to fix it. Why is that the worst? Because at the very least, my fiance @Mistymeanor was trying to help out by typing things into the chat for the specific crowd that needed it. Obviously those things never would've gotten to the right people in the main chat filled with thousands of chatting people. Bah. Just a bad time.

Last Boost: Please consider watching today's accessibility showcase. Shows like this are extremely important, because, well, there aren't many of them in existence. That makes it important because the spotlight needs to be put on those who promote and work on accessibility. This is the equivalent to an E3 made specifically for the disabled, and the best part is that there is enough out there to make a whole show out of. I love this, and I hope many of you will give this a watch in about 40 minutes.

Please boost for reach: There's an open issue on Github about adding scripting support to Retroarch. This would enable scripts like the Pokemon Access mod to be ran on Retroarch, hopefully allowing blind people to actually play the game while mobile. I tried it out and am already making a team in Pokemon Emerald, and in the woods in the first few areas of the game! If anyone is good with adding Lua to things, or if anyone is good at modding games and wants to enhance the Pokemon Access scripts, I'd really appreciate you looking into this.
