Owning your name (and your home) in the Fediverse

Almost no one starts a business without buying a domain and setting up a basic website.

The same is rapidly becoming true for the Fediverse.

The question will be..
How long until media companies start going live and publishing consistently in the Fediverse.

Please boost if you can, I'm an ADHDer and autistic, and one of the most debilitating aspects in my neurodivergence is rejection sensitive dysphoria. This morning when reading an article on ADDitude, they said that some with RSD benefit within the drug class of alpha agonists. (Common names are clonidine, guanfacine)

I'm interested in hearing from those who have RSD and have tried or are using an alpha agonist to help them with the effects of RSD. I'm at a point where I need help with it.
