The German interjection "ui" can mean a lot of things.

It mostly depends on how many times in a row you use it:

"Ui!" - "Wow!"

"Uiuiui!" - "Oh no, that's bad!"

"Uiuiuiuiui!" - "Sh*t! We're in trouble!"
