Is there a term for building apps meant for personal use?

I have zero interest in publishing anything I build to an app store. But will gladly share code on Github.

Ideally, I could find others to [1] learn from them and [2] share with them. My hope is a community of self-coders (?) already exists - I just don't know how to find them... Yet

I can't find an article I thought I saved from a couple weeks ago about transgender "models of care" ... a phrase I keep hearing in my work but no one can point me to what this is. I think it's a thing used by MSM/politicians and not in the clinical community. Anyone recall this? Was it from @parkermolloy ??

Because more than half of the state’s 500,000 farmworkers lack legal status, farms could also begin to see major losses due to DeSantis' anti-immigrant law.
