I work in networking and I am tinkerer in programming and various things Apple platforms
@drdrang That’s madness. I’ll surrender when Apple does.

Apple: We suck at building voice assistants and AI.

Also Apple: But we're good at making buttons look like they aren't buttons, so let's do that again.

Kids are unintentionally curious. What happens when I flush this rug? Would my cat enjoy wearing a fancy dress? Could this LEGO head also be a cool hat? Without regard to topic, try not to lose what’s left of your unintentional curiosity.
The other day, a company reached out asking if I’d help celebrate their birthday by decorating their Macs with the company logo using Festivitas. I created a special version, sent it over, and got very positive feedback. Hoping to share more soon! 👀😃

PSA: As of macOS 15.2, option-“only” keyboard shortcuts work again for sandboxed 3rd party apps!

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -dump BundleIDBinding

This command appears to list the bundle id for every app on your system.

PROTIP: I have a zsh alias for lsregister so that I don’t need to type the full path.

I found a “Save Page Complete…” command in Safari’s Debug menu that’s a million times better than the stupid WebArchive format from the standard “Save As…” command.
@rmondello so Passwords app is very cool! Could I ask that there be consideration for the pasteboard type be set to “ConcealedType” (http://nspasteboard.org/) clipboard managers generally honor ignoring it out of the box. In case you forget to add the app to ignore list. It helps prevent accidental password exposure 😎

@daniel Assuming it can be done entirely on-device (need to watch some sessions) I like the UX promised by app intents and Apple Intelligence. I'd like to be able to create logins and perform 1Password actions in other apps.

Which brings up another question: why is a company I pay to protect my private information using tracking links in the emails it sends me?

Privacy should be a part of all operations at 1Password.
