I'm here for the new, more-sane Twitter-like experience. I just wanna get timely news updates. Maybe I'll make this my new social home. If only communities didn't rely so heavily on the use of social media that relies so heavily on monetizing our existence.

-1 though for not being able to verify via website because I use Google Sites.

During his campaign, Trump has...

-Vowed to investigate NBC and MSNBC for “treason”

-Warned of “death & destruction” if he's convicted of crimes

-Attacked his political opponents with racist stereotypes

It's not a stretch to call Trump a fascist. It's our obligation.

The Israeli bombing campaign in Gaza is reportedly killing children at a rate unprecedented in 21st-century conflict, according to data https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/interactive/2023/gaza-rising-death-toll-civilians/
Gaza’s death toll: 1 out of every 200 have been killed, according to Health Ministry

More than 11,100 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since Oct. 7, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry. They include doctors, journalists, professors and poets.

Harlan Crow and a few billionaires have provided Clarence Thomas with:

-38 destination vacations

-26 private jet flights

-6 helicopter flights

-Yacht voyages

And we're going to let Thomas rule on Moore v. US, which could permanently shield billionaires from a wealth tax?

It’s unconscionable to keep using the SAT. New data show in stunning detail that it does little more than measure family wealth. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2023/10/23/upshot/sat-inequality.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare
New SAT Data Highlights the Deep Inequality at the Heart of American Education

The differences in how rich and poor children are educated start very early.

The New York Times
Just a random reminder that we desperately need to overturn Citizens United and get big money out of politics.

The IRS pulled in $3.18 for each dollar spent auditing the top 1%, and $6.29 for the top 0.1%.

There’s one reason and one reason only the GOP wants to defund the IRS: to protect their wealthy mega-donors.

All in all, the GOP’s IRS cuts will cost $40 billion in lost revenue.

The MAGAs screaming "stop making everything about race" just repealed affirmative action, claim slavery benefitted Black people, ordered drowning of brown migrant kids, defied a SCOTUS redistricting order, & threatened to sue Fortune 100 companies for "anti-white" discrimination.

A defunded IRS means a tax evasion free-for-all for the ultra-rich.

The richest 1% already evade as much as $163 billion a year in taxes.

This is why the GOP relentlessly tries to gut IRS.

It’s all a ploy to help their wealthy mega-donors.

In the U.S., recent annual estimates of bird deaths due to:

Cats = 2.4 billion bird deaths

Collisions from building glass = 600 million bird deaths

Land wind turbines = <200,000 bird deaths

Some politicians claim wind turbines “kill all the birds.”

But… they’re not really worried about birds. Rather, they prefer we stick with oil & gas over renewable #energy.

Statista Daily Data

BREAKING: New reports show that CIA agents were killed, captured, or compromised because Hunter Biden sold their names to our enemies.

Now that I got Republicans’ attention. That was actually Donald Trump.
