FreeBSD: You need a processor, preferably something made in the last two decades with 1GB of RAM (although more is better)
OpenBSD: You need a processor, preferably made sometime since the turn of the century and maybe 256MB of RAM (although more is better)
NetBSD: You've got a dead badger you found on the roadside and have attached it to a dodgy 220V power-source? Sure, we'll run on that.
I won a painting from Eddyboy over on https://eddythespacebunny.bsky.social/ and it really blew me away what an amazing picture came from it. Just... LOOK AT THIS! :O

I’ve had this song stuck in my head for two months now, and this drawing has been an attempt to exorcise it.
The lyrics can be translated to:
That early evening, by the edge of the moat
Like a moon of honey that we already tasted
And over on the other side in the shrublands
The birds danced and sang in one same rhythm
The clouds high above
Like palaces of gold
There’s us, happy together
Because our covenant is good
The waterfall in the distance
Draws nearer to the river
My heart is boiling over
Because it loves without moderation
That early evening, by the edge of the moat
Like a moon of honey that we already tasted
And over on the other side in the shrublands
The birds danced and sang in one same rhythm
(See the full-res version here)
These people fail to understand there is a bigger picture, as tbh do the people in the cars. They want more cycle paths, or better roads, but what they really need is completely missing in most countries.
Integrated transport policy.
Everything, trains, busses, motorways, pedestrians, planned for and integrated, so it makes sense to take the most efficient one for the job in hand.
People keep talking about cloning mammoths, but no one ever mentions how to gestate the resulting embryos.
I don’t get why people ignore the question, it’s kind of the elephant in the womb.
