@TheVoiceGuy Yeah I think it's a brilliant concept. It tackled handwriting with no difficulty and does a really neice job in general.
@TheVoiceGuy That's awesome! I printed a test document. Using python, my flat-bed was identified, scanned to PNG, parsed to Chronicle and ended up with a perfect OCR of what I printed!
@TheVoiceGuy I could be wrong but despite mentioning TIF files, I don't think this project currently supports them. even when a tif file is present we get No valid files found in C:\temp\chronicle\input_files. Supported formats: .pdf, .docx, .txt, .md, .rtf, .csv, .js, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .tiff, .webp. I"m running the latest build. I have written a program that scans a page of text and feeds it into chronicle. regrettably it only works on windows.
@TheVoiceGuy Processing complete!

@TheVoiceGuy The installation worked for me as i'm familiar with python. You could package it all as an .exe inclusive of dependencies with pyinstaller --onefile yourscript.py, but I can't speak to what you'd need to do on Mac.
@TheVoiceGuy Have you done much testing with JPG files? I just attempted to run a file through and got a message saying string missing from the terminator. It has done an excellent job however as it was a jpg of a handwritten invoice. Also, not sure if you already know, but if you simply put the line: Title Chronicle at the top of your batch file, it will give the CMD window a nice title instead of the user seeing C:\windows\System32\cmd.exe
@Bri Thank you!
@Bri Hi. Re: Fastplay. I am wondering if it is possible to implement a keystroke to set the effect currently in focus back to the default value, e.g. 100%? Also, there are numerous references to enablement of M4B throughout the settings dialog in the latest version, under most of the tabs. Thanks.
@desertstar84 @technocounselor I purchased a pro+ a couple of months ago and love it. At the time of writing, the IOS app is completely accessible. When sautéing, you do need to manually start the device by pressing the start touch control on the lower right. This can sometimes be tricky due to the touch screen being extremely sensitive, but it's perfectly manageable. Everything else including all pressure cooking is automated with the app, completely hands off.
For iOS users. You know when you copy something from one app and want to paste it into another, an alert pops up asking if you want to allow it? This usually happens for me when I copy the last phrase spoken by Voiceover. You can go to the apps sestion of the settings app, find the app that keeps asking (VLC in my case) and there's a section about allowing paste, which you can set to Never, Ask, or Always.
