For those working in the development and social justice sectors who come from community with experience of being colonized:

What does #decolonization mean to you? And what is not decolonization for you?

Hi all! For my fellowship project, I would love to connect with Malaysian friends/colleagues who are willing to share their experience dealing with poor health status as the result of the intersection between racism and classism. Is anyone interested in talking with me?
Hai! Is there anyone here who has legal research background, especially on gender identity - like the case of identity cards, legal gender recognition, etc. Poke me!

Hi, people! This is still a preliminary idea, but I am thinking of inviting someone to talk to a small group of diverse young people from LMICs located in almost all continents about global solidarity for social justice with an intersectional feminist perspective.

Are you someone who might be interested in doing it, or do you know someone who might fit? Please put comments below or DM me! Thank you! 💜

Hi! Does anyone have information on any anti/de-colonial course that can be followed online? Preferably with flexible timing for someone who works full time. Thank you!
A friend asked if I prefer 'mother tongue' or 'native' to showcase language abilities on my CV. I initially didn't think I have preference, but I think I do. In my experience learning English for IELTS, there was a push to 'speak like a native' - which included speaking wihout 'foreign' accent. I remember feeling weird about it. That's why I prefer 'mother tongue'. My accent is part of my identity. I will certainly aim to be understandable, but getting rid of my accent will never be my aim.
I am working with two other international friends who are just as passionate in SRHR, feminism, and social justice as me. You can hire me as an individual consultant or us as a consortium of consultants.
These are my key qualifications and skills.
I am willing to work pro bono as well if it is for small civil society organizations without big donors/funders based in Indonesia or other LMICs.

Deciding to start an independent global consulting career on Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) + gender/intersectionality in health.

Do contact me if you need consultancy service in these topics. Depending on client types & assignment purposes, my rate can be flexible.
