A quick look at the #CoCoRaHS moisture map for the month of January 2023 shows you were all of the rain and snow was. Or more importantly, where it wasn’t. Hopefully this gets a little better in the Midwest in February, and a little easier for the people on the West Coast. They need it, just not all at once!
