@nSonic ich glaube 5 ist Standard. Während der Energiekriese in der Schweiz hat das Bundesamt empfohlen, auf 7 zu erhöhen, um etwas Energie zu sparen, aber Lebensmittel wirklich bei Ablaufdatum zu konsumieren.

Ich denke daher ist zwischen 5 und 7 sinnvoll.
