The Joy of Missing Out (JOMO)
I had no idea this was a real thing. But it appeared in a FB post this morning, and I totally love it. I just wish that had learned about it 50 years ago. Especially as an introvert.

We retired to #portugal last year from the US. We absolutely love it here. We have everything that we want and need.
But if anyone were to ask me for anything that I miss about the US, and this is a very small thing, I would point out #katzdeli on the lower east side of NYC. If you have suggestions as to anything that approximates Katz’s please reply!
Last year was my last February in the Northeast US. I remember thinking how winter was dragging on and on and how bad it felt. February was the hardest time of the year.
Now I live in Porto #portugal. The winter has been so beautiful. Going back to the US sounds hard.
