Genuinely this is just flavor text on top of a great product but has made working so much more enjoyable.
If your estimate includes you having the most productive day of your life multiple times in a row, you need to add more time to your estimate.
I was walking home and heard an explosion! And then as I walked around a corner I saw a large fire. I called 911 but they didn’t answer, and then they called me back and left a message “We noticed you called from where the fire was, we already sent a fire truck. If you have a different emergency call back please.” That’s pretty neat.
Waldo JaquithGoogle Bard tells me that Google Bard was launched in 2023 and shut down after six months (it is currently May) due to lack of adoption, but that's all completely unrelated to *this* Google Bard, which is not yet available to the public.

@simon I think the explanation that ChatGPT improved its warnings between March and now is most compelling—I don’t think someone who so incompetently used ChatGPT is going to suddenly be able to fake ChatGPT logs convincingly.
I found the most perfect yuzu candle on Etsy. When I smelled it, I wasn’t sure if it was yuzu-y or a different citrus, but when burnt it’s perfect and makes my office smell like an expensive dessert.

I needed to send 13 individual thank you messages today so I wrote down everyone’s name in a doc, listed their key contributions, fed that into chat gpt, chat gpt generated complete garbage, abandoned chat gpt, and wrote the thank yous myself, made more confident after seeing what a bad job chat gpt did.
