When you absentmindedly start singing aloud to a playlist that has some NSFW lyrics, you quickly switch to an instrumental soundtrack so you can behave yourself at the office.
My new favorite curse this month:
Mumbling to myself: I wish infinite eggs upon [person to be cursed]’s car.
Addressing person to be cursed: May endless eggs coat your favorite personal vehicle from now until you [way they could either atone or at least become a better person].
Editing catch(es)of the day: several instances of “clock” being misspelled where the L and O are swapped or the L is omitted entirely.

Last night’s dinner: Miso butter* chicken thighs on a salad made of iceberg lettuce, clover and radish sprouts, cucumber chunks, and chopped parsley, topped with homemade carrot ginger dressing. Garlicky mukimame on the side. (*I used Miyoko’s brand vegan butter for this.)
