I was a workplace-appropriate goth for the costume contest at the office yesterday. Didn’t win anything, but I had fun!
Last night’s dinner: Miso butter* chicken thighs on a salad made of iceberg lettuce, clover and radish sprouts, cucumber chunks, and chopped parsley, topped with homemade carrot ginger dressing. Garlicky mukimame on the side. (*I used Miyoko’s brand vegan butter for this.)
