Whilst a lot of #glutenfree recipes fall short of the mark, this recipe for Yorkshire Puddings is awesome!
60ml Double Cream
8g Arrowroot
8g Cornflour
1 Egg
Whisk ingredients, add to preheated baking tray (with a small amount of olive oil) and cook for 25mins at 180°C. Donât open the oven before theyâre done.
Makes 8 small or 4 whoppers!
IvorMastodon to me is like the far north of Scotland, tiny villages with single track roads between them. Each village has a tiny shop/post office/tearoom run by Betty and a West Highland Terrier. The power consumption between my old #AppleMac Pro âtrashcanâ and the new Mac Studio is not insignificant:
Mac Pro âtrashcanâ = 85.5W - 190.7W
Mac Studio = 11W - 115W
Whilst the old âtrashcanâ pumped out a lot of heat, the Mac Studio runs cold in comparison.
After nine-ish years of loyal service the time has come to replace my trusty âtrashcanâ Mac Pro.

After a whopping TEN meetings/presentations last week, it currently looks like a full week in the studio with just a sprinkling of video calls in the mix. Time to design!
This morningâs run was a little ouchy! I may have aggravated a grumbling tendon strain dancing to some banging 80s tunes with Madonna (aka Mrs C) on Saturday night.
