The sky was a smooth, dark(ish) gray color late this afternoon and the satellite imagery from GOES-East shows the incredibly dense wildfire smoke that floated above us. The smoke is forecast to lower and may affect us at the surface this weekend #OmahaWX #NEwx #weather #smoke #wildfires
