This coffee shop is three miles from home. So, it's a long walk but the music is to my liking and the coffee is delicious.

We traveled in the van: Death Valley National Park, Canada, Alaska, and closer to home spent some time on the Magruder Corridor.

I read more this year than any prior year. Found a new favorite author: Cormac McCarthy. Some favs: McCarthy's Border Trilogy (all three books are amazing), The Prince of Tides, many more. Of the 33 books I read, 24 were library loans.

We may have finally gotten a handle on a health issue Jenny has been struggling with for three years. 🤞

- A couple of our best friends got married.
- Saw the Mountain Goats perform in Spokane

It wasn't all good.
- A family member is going through a horrible divorce. Hasn't seen his kids for over a year.
- We lost Matt Trout.

A couple of best friends for decades are now a couple. Married in their new home today by a mutual friend of ours.
