Today feels like a hummus day. Salad supplies running low, but that's fine It gives me a reason to do a short walk down into the village tomorrow to pick a couple of things up before the weekly shop on Sunday.

Continuing to focus on the positives and things I can change. No point stressing over things I can't control.

Another day another salad. My weight has recovered from the Pizza Hut incident and I've made a new dressing so that's all good.

Today's salad, managed a good walk this morning. Getting some work done.

Despite not being on any kind of benefits I still felt yesterday's news strongly. I'm going to try not thinking about it for a while and focus on me.

So I need to start posting my daily salad pictures in all the places really. Today's is quite big, this is good, feeling full is the plan.

The world is a bit of a shit show right now, focussing on the things I can control like my health helps a lot.

There is no point me stressing over American politics (sorry) as there is literally nothing I can do.

Of course British politics... Those can 100% stress me out.

Anyway, enjoy the salad. I will try and post more, try and stay safe and well.

I should post here more often. I have been working hard on changing my general routine. This means salad for lunch during the week. This week I am trying roasting a chicken to get some for the week.

Let's see how it goes I guess.

She is very much my cat, she loves being wherever I am. It's nice.

Ok, some of the Marines were painted a long time ago. And some of the termagants were finished today.

And I painted some other figures, but this is a large part of my 2023 painting output.
