The struggle is real, although i'd rather call it a collaborative effort instead of "fight". <3
It takes collaboration to work on equality, from all, men and women and nonbinary. Cant believe that we live in "modern times" but still status quo often calls wifes and girlfriends and moms "managers" of families
Communication and respect are key.
There aint no other standard. Each person might favour different roles.
