The EU votes to ban AI ‘nudifier’ apps after explicit deepfake outrage.

The European Parliament on Thursday approved, by an overwhelming majority, a ban on artificial intelligence tools that generate sexualised deepfakes without consent.

The move follows outrage over explicit fake images produced using Elon Musk’s chatbot Grok.
